Blaize and NeoTensr Enter into Contract for Up to $50M to Deploy Co-Branded AI Edge Data Center Infrastructure Across Asia Pacific

Blaize Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BZAI, Nasdaq: BZAIW) (“Blaize,” the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a leader in programmable, energy-efficient AI computing, and NeoTensr, a hardware and software system integrator, today announced an up to $50.0 million contract to jointly develop and deploy co-branded AI edge data center infrastructure targeting the rapidly growing compute market across the broader Asia Pacific region.

The agreement marks a significant escalation of the two companies’ partnership, which generated over $20.0 million in revenue for Blaize in Q4 2025, bringing the total potential contracted value between Blaize and NeoTensr up to $70 million.

The Power of Hybrid: Edge Inference Meets LLM and VLM Intelligence

The Blaize solution is built around a co-branded AI server based on Blaize’s quad card configuration. Each server is capable of handling 200+ simultaneous camera streams with advanced AI analytics, purpose-built for smart city surveillance, industrial automation, logistics, retail intelligence, and security applications common in large-scale urban edge deployments.

What distinguishes this deployment from conventional edge AI is the breadth of the Blaize Hybrid AI architecture. Leveraging the combination of Blaize’s Graph Streaming Processor (GSP) and GPU infrastructure, NeoTensr’s edge data centers will be capable of running not only real-time computer vision workloads, but also advanced data analysis powered by state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs) — all within the same edge infrastructure.

This hybrid approach enables NeoTensr to offer customers a single, unified AI platform that spans real-time perception at the edge and sophisticated reasoning and analytics — a critical competitive advantage as enterprise customers demand more intelligent, responsive systems without routing data to distant cloud infrastructure.

“NeoTensr is not just deploying AI infrastructure — we are building the compute backbone that will power the next decade of intelligent cities, industrial systems, and data-driven enterprise across Asia Pacific. We evaluated every major AI platform in the market. Blaize was the only one that could deliver the performance, efficiency, and full-stack flexibility we needed to build at this scale and win. We are moving fast, the pipeline is deep, and this up to $50 million contract is the beginning of something much larger.” — Liang Wang, CEO of NeoTensr

“What makes this deployment technically significant is that we are not partitioning the workload between edge and cloud — we are collapsing that boundary entirely. The Blaize GSP handles continuous yet dynamic, low-latency computer vision at the sensor layer, while our hybrid architecture simultaneously runs LLM and VLM inference on the same physical infrastructure. Processing 200+ camera streams per server with that level of analytical depth is not achievable on conventional hardware. NeoTensr recognized that, and it’s why this platform will define the standard for intelligent edge data centers across the region.” — Ke Yin, Co-Founder and Chief Scientist, Blaize

Intercepting the Edge Data Center Wave in Asia

Data center buildouts across Asia represent one of the most dynamic infrastructure opportunities in the global AI market. NeoTensr is actively securing multiple edge data center projects in the region, with Blaize’s Hybrid AI platform as the compute foundation. Together, the companies aim to deliver production-ready AI infrastructure at the edge — where latency, efficiency, and real-world performance matter most.

“The edge data center market in Asia Pacific is one of the clearest proof points that AI inference at the edge is not a future trend — it’s happening now, at scale. NeoTensr’s infrastructure buildout across the region is exactly the kind of deployment our Hybrid AI architecture was designed for: real-time, multi-stream, AI-dense environments where neither pure cloud nor legacy edge hardware can meet the demand. This is the market we built Blaize to win.” — Dinakar Munagala, Co-Founder and CEO of Blaize

A Full-Stack AI Partnership: Hardware, Software, and Services

The contract covers co-branded AI server hardware, AI solutions software, and AI services — forming an end-to-end stack that NeoTensr will deploy and monetize across its edge data center projects. Key elements of the platform include:

  • Co-branded AI servers based on Blaize’s quad card, engineered for high-density edge inference

  • 200+ camera stream processing per server with advanced AI analytics for vision-intensive workloads

  • AI solutions and services software for deployment, orchestration, and application-layer AI APIs

  • LLM and VLM inference capabilities at the edge, enabling advanced multimodal AI analytics

  • Scalable architecture designed for multi-city, multi-phase rollout across Asia Pacific
