SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, November 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Cybersecurity company Penta Security is accelerating its market expansion by engaging directly with customers and partners in the US and Europe to identify changes and emerging needs across the global cybersecurity market.
Penta Security held its 2026 activity review meeting for Beyonders, its global technical ambassador organisation, to share progress in overseas market development and discuss business strategies for responding to global cybersecurity trends.
Since its launch earlier this year, Beyonders has participated in international events and met with customers and partners across the US, Europe and other markets to identify technology trends and security requirements, incorporating these insights into Penta Security’s global business and product strategies. In particular, the organisation has focused its market development activities on the US and Europe.
In the US, Penta Security participated in AWS Summit New York as the only Korean independent software vendor (ISV) among the exhibitors, showcasing its security products and technologies. Building on these local engagements, the company plans to pursue AWS Security Competency to establish a stronger foundation for expanding partnerships and identifying local channel partners. In Europe, another key market, Penta Security is pursuing collaboration with universities to secure local references and is engaging with stakeholders and partners across Northern European countries to explore opportunities for expanding its local business.
Penta Security is also actively broadening its market presence in Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and Indonesia. The company has participated in major regional security events, including IT WEEK 2026 and the Gartner Summit in Japan, as well as GISEC Global 2026 in the UAE. It is also developing local business through region-specific partnerships, including collaboration with FPT Smart Cloud in Vietnam and the launch of Cloudbric WAF+ through a local partner in Indonesia.
AI security was another key agenda item at the meeting. As AI is increasingly used in cyberattacks, making security threats more difficult to predict, participants discussed the need for cybersecurity principles that can be applied consistently across diverse environments. The Declaration on Cybersecurity, unveiled for the first time at the meeting, was established by eight security experts from Penta Security and AUTOCRYPT and sets out fundamental cybersecurity principles for the AI era, as well as criteria for building safe AI.
The declaration highlights three principles of Cyber Defence: Observability, which involves measuring and analysing security-related information; Cross-Layer Defence, which protects attack surfaces across multiple layers and connects those layers; and Zero Damage Design, which aims to ensure that attacks do not result in actual damage.
“Even when the same technological changes occur, security requirements vary by region and industry across global markets,” said Taegyun Kim, CEO of Penta Security. “We will rapidly incorporate the needs identified in overseas markets into our product and business strategies, while developing partnerships and business models tailored to the requirements of each market.”
Penta Security continues to share the cybersecurity trends and key activities identified by Beyonders in global markets through the Beyonders Newsletter on its official LinkedIn page.
